[Qt-creator] clang-tidy segv

If clang-tidy with the bundled clang-6.0 in 4.7.0-beta2 fairly reliably SEGVs in clang::DiagnosticRenderer::emitDiagnostic (apparently for any combination of source file and checks that produces an output) is that a bug report to the Creator team or to the LLVM folks?

Ideally both. It should be definitely fixed in Clang but we can help that from our side if we have qt creator bug for that.
